Henry

Henry and his mom came to our house for this session. I used the cedar backdrop that my husband made for me a while back. Since it was close to Christmastime, we did a few Christmassy photos, along with some photos of him wearing cute hats that his mom brought. He didn’t sleep, but his mom sure did get him to smile!

Metcalf Family

I did this session at the Metcalf’s beautiful house. We did some family Christmas pictures, some photos of the kiddos with their cousin, and then some solo shots of Stella for her first birthday! You might remember Stella as a newborn from this session – I can’t believe it’s been a year already!

Jurado Family – December 2010

The Jurados are very dear friends to us, so it was my pleasure to photograph them. Our plan was to go to the Christmas tree farm down the road, but it was muddy and the rain had started up. So we met up at Molbak’s, a wonderful indoor gardening center. It was decorated for Christmas, so we had some great backdrop options. Santa was even there, so we could get a few shots with him!

Harris Family

Back-to-back sessions are great! I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to do two sessions at this beautiful location – not to mention, the weather was absolutely fabulous. Kristi, Chad and Kaden were such a pleasure to photograph. You can tell they have a lot of fun together!

Nuttall Family December 2010

Remember this little guy? I photographed Jackson as a newborn in the Spring. You can view that post here.

I drove up to Mount Vernon to photograph this session. I arrived at the beautiful location – I instantly fell in love – with the custom home with beautiful landscaping – and Jackson, all over again. We took some photos of Jackson with his parents, some individual shots and even a few with his cousins! He was such a happy baby, and was such a trooper with all of the outdoor photos! This is one beautiful family!

Ryan, Lauren & Peyton

You might remember Peyton from her Christmas shoot last year. You can view those images here.

I met her and her parents at a park in Everett. It was sprinkling outside that morning, but it stopped just long enough for us to get some pictures among the beautiful (and colorful) autumn foliage. I’ve admired Peyton’s beautiful eyes since our session last year, and now I know where she gets them from! My favorite part of the session, was seeing Peyton take some steps as her mom and dad held her hands. It is so fun being able to document little ones as they grow up!
